It was in late 1998, when I joined PDC Realty as Property Consultant on a part time basis because at that time, I had my own dress shop to attend to. It proved difficult for me to attend to two jobs at one time so after a couple of months, I chose to just close the shop and concentrate on selling Real Estate considering it as a big opportunity for me to show my skills in selling.
January 1999, as a full timer, I was awarded as Top Property Consultant. It was my first award. This inspired me a lot to double my effort and work harder. From then on, month after month, I continuously received awards and at yearend, I had the honor of receiving the most coveted Over-All Top Property Consultant award.
 In 2001, I was promoted as Junior Sales Manager where I was tasked to form different sales groups in areas where we have new projects. It turned out good, because I was again awarded as Top Sales Manager for the year.
As the recognitions and awards came, so did my promotions. In year 2002, I was Promoted as Senior Sales Manager and managed to stay as Top among other groups. Year after year, awards came in and the most recent award I received on January 18, 2006 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines is the 2nd Top Sales Manager Over-all for the year 2005.
I believe that success in life will only come if one puts her heart in whatever endeavor she does and in what ever benefits one gets from our service to others… in other words putting CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE ALL.
